PAYMENTS:
I accept PayPal. PayPal is an online payment system that is secure and easy to use. You do not need to have a PayPal account, or open one, to pay with a credit card this way. You can also pay with an E-Check drawn from your bank account through PayPal.
Note: Tennessee residents will be charges sales tax.
Items are shipped usually 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Note: e-checks usually take longer to clear.
If I have not received payment within 5 business days, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.
SHIPPING:
For all USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) customers: I will ship via USPS, first class, with delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated in the listing. There are some items I will only ship priority with insurance and/or signature confirmation. This will be noted in the listing.
If your package is lost or stolen but USPS tracking says "delivered", please file a claim with your post office and reference your claim number when contacting me.
I cannot replace items unless I have proof that efforts have been made to find the package. The insurance carrier will not pay any insured amount until they have received verification of loss.
**PLEASE NOTE:
Orders are not considered lost in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date.
International: 45 days past shipping date.
ITALY: 60 days past shipping date.
Sometimes a package may take a long time to arrive. While this is unusual, it IS possible. I can not file a lost package claim until this amount of time has passed. Quite often a lost package will show up within this time frame. If a package is truly lost, you might be requested to complete a claim form.

FOR INTERNATIONAL (non USA) CUSTOMERS: I ship via First Class International mail through the USPS. This generally takes 12- 18 days for international residents. It might take longer if customs decides to hold your package. I have no control over that.
* Please be aware of your countries taxes and duties, you will be responsible for any and all duty fees when the item arrives. I ensure correct labeling on customs forms so you will only pay the necessary fees. Please do not request to mark package as a gift.

Effective August 28, 2016- any international packages returned as undeliverable will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from their refund to cover USPS shipping charges both ways.
